The first test of our bidding system with a condo association on the Ceorgia coastline resulted in a saving of $9,000 annually with much improved protection. A year later, despite a warning from an adjacent association that they had received a large increase in their premium, our client renewed their policies in with no increase in premium. When an insurnace company knows that a premium increase will likely trigger a new bid process, they are less likely to raise premiums and risk losing the account.
